    Most insurances cover individual therapy & copays vary depending on insurance types.


    PRIVATE PAY RATES:

    LPC Therapy session: $140/ per session - therapeutic hour (53 minutes).

     

    ALC Therapy Session: $90/ per session - therapeutic hour (53 minutes).

     

    Each provider at Pearl BHS accepts difference insurance types. Clients are responsible for verifying their insurance covers mental health services and for verifying co-payment amounts prior to visit.

    Pearl Behavioral Health Services will provide you with a “Super Bill” which is a detailed invoice for services that you can send to your insurance company to attempt to receive reimbursement. It is important to note this is not guaranteed. Co-payments and all other fees are due at the time and date of service.

    All initial paperwork will be completed prior to your visit on a secure, HIPAA compliant electronic medical record. Request for paperwork submission will be sent to you after you schedule your first appointment. Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, and payment to your first visit. Your appointment will be cancelled if initial paperwork isn't completed the week before your session.

     

    Please note: We do not provide testimonies or records for custody and/or divorce cases. We do not complete disability paperwork.
